Debbie Combs, teacher for the infant and toddler program, currently sees to three infants with the help of aide Laurie Foster for two and a half hours every day.
Working mothers who have youngsters in the infanttoddler program "don’t have to worry about their child being plopped down in a crib and left to cry all day,” said Camille Harris, director of Sursum Corda.
The class follows a set schedule, designed to keep the babies smiling and stimulated. "It’s very personalized," said Combs. “I focus on what each child is capable of.”
