He and a number of others were honored Friday evening with a banquet at the Washington Sheraton. The dinner is sponsored jointly by the Washingtonian and the Downtown Jaycees. Sally Mann, of McLean, left, chaired the program. She is director of consumer affairs for Washington Gas and a member of the Jaycees. She is the daughter of Mrs. Sarah Latham of Amissville.
