Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended, and Article 173 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will consider the application of Hushel and Joyce Settle for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to rezone their property (tax map #42-11-C) located on Route 729, between Route 642 and Route 615, from Residential to General Business or Commercial, on February 18, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia
The aforesaid amendment and application are available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 a m and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by or interested in the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views.
