“I’m going to cry sooooo hard, it will flood the airport!” admitted Kirsten Tiemer as she considered leaving the adopted family and friends she’s grown to love after a year in Rappahannock.
The 17-year-old foreign exchange student from Bremen, Germany, arrived last August at the home of her temporary parents, Brad and Dawn Fisher of Washington. From the beginning, they were delighted with each other.
