The county’s third agricultural and forestal district moved a step forward last Wednesday as the Rappahannock planning commission voted unanimously to recommend approval to the board of supervisors.
With the court room empty for the public hearing, there was no discussion or debate on James Massie’s application which includes 45 acres belonging, to Hugh and Marjorie Exton as well as his own 757 acre Meadow Grow Farm. The properties are located on Route 729 south of Ben Venue.
