4-H’ers. Learning how to make clown faces, developing clown routines, getting together clown costumes and developing an appreciation for the art of clowning will be important parts of the clown workshop. Tom Brown, Albemarle County Extension Agent, will lead the workshop.
Dancing has long been a mainstay of the 4-H Performing Arts Program and this workshop will give 4H’ers who need instruction and help the opportunity to learn more about dancing as an art. Jaimie Somers, a Fairfax 4-H Share-The-Fun leader, will conduct this part of the program.
The 4-H’ers will have a chance to display their skills on Sunday afternoon of the workshop with a 3:30 show. With a “Talk Show” format under the direction of Mrs. Katherine Beale, the show will be a sharing of skills and
