dumping pu SECTION 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited in Rappahannock County any trash originating as such in any other town, city or county SECTION 4. PENALTIES: Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300 00) and confinement in the County jail not to exceed Thirty days (30), either or both such fine and imprisonment SECTION 5. If any Section or part of this Ordinance should, for any reason, be held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not effect the remainder of the Ordinance, and each and every remaining Section or part thereof shall continue in full force and effect
