Get ready for the annual Madison County Young Fanner carnival and tractor pull which begins Monday, June 29 at the young farmers grounds behind the high school. The event continues through July 4.
Each night the young farmers will sponsor a different exciting event. Monday, a power saw contest will be held; Tuesday, try your luck in the tobacco spitting contest; Wednesday the competition will be a crosscut sawing contest. These three events begin at 6:30 p.m.
