April 24. 1982 and Saturday. May 1. 1982 from 9 00 a m to 5 00 p m at the address shown below mainly for the purpose of accepting applications for absentee ballots for this General Election May 1. 1982 is the last day on which such applications for absentee ballots may be made in person by qualified applicants for this General Election
