WSA secretary P jb Dennis will serve as moderator for the public hearing which will be held at the courthouse in Washington at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. March 29. Persons wishing to speak will be requested to sign up in advance on index cards which will be passed out prior to the start of the hearing.
