A number of other changes will also take effect this month. Uninsured motorists fees will go from $200 to 9900, pickup and panel trade registration fees will increase by $1, and motorcycle registration fees will increase from $16 to $19.
The new motorcycle fees will be used to help finance a Motorcycle Rider Safety Training Program, while the truck fees will be used to help the state’s Emergency Medical Services Program. Fees for other vehicles were increased last year for the EMS Amd.
