For Handicapped Slated

Delegate Raymond R. “Andy" Guest, Jr. announced that he has received notice from Delegate Richard M. Bagiey that a public hearing will be held on Monday, December 10 at 1:30 p.m. in House Room D of the General Assembly Building to receive public comments concerning two studies recently completed by the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission ULARQ.

The reports being considered complete a two-year effort by JLARC on the administration, funding and quality of education offered to handicapped students in facilities operated by the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
