“Wait Until Dark,” Frederick Knott’s famous thriller, will be presented live on the stage at the Gay Street Theatre on Gay Street in Washington by the Rappahannock Players at 8 p.m. on two successive Fridays and Saturdays, November 30 and December 1, and December 7 and 8.
The director, Don Bomberger, who has two dozen previous plays in nearly 12 years of experience, sees this as one of the most interesting and exciting plays he has directed. The technological aspects are most challenging since the play requires many unusual timing and lighting effects, he says.
