Virginia made and entered on the 9th day of October. 1984. in the partition suit brought by Alice Mae Racer and others against Russell McKinley Racer and others. Chancery number 3211. the undersigned Special Commissioner will on Saturday, the 1st day of December, 1984, at the front door of the Courthouse of Rappahannock County. Virginia at 11:00 A.M. of that day offer for sale to the highest bidder, the following described real estate, all located in Rappahannock County. Virginia: PARCEL OME: All of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate In Hampton Magisterial District. Rappahannock County, Virginia adjoining the lands formerly owned by Lucille B. Massie, Annie J. Wood, et als. containing five and sixty-two one hundredeths acres (5-62/100), more or less, it being the same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to the said Lucille B. Massie by Daniel Withers and Louise Withers, his wife, by deed which is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, In Deed Book 29 at Page 283. This is the same land that was conveyed to James Carroll Racer, Sr. by deed of Lucille B. Massie, widow, dated January 1. 1934 and recorded amongst the land records of the Rappahannock County Clerk's Office In Deed Book 37 at Page 390. PARCEL TWO: All of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated In Hampton Magisterial District Rappahannock County. Virginia about one (1) mile west of the Town of Washington and containing two (2) acres and 133 square poles, more or less, and being the same land conveyed unto James Carroll Racer.
