The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has received from the Advisory Committee an application for establishment of an Agricultural and Forsetal District In the Wakefield District of Rappahannock County, Virginia and has recommended approval of same. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 36, Section 15.1 -1909 of foe Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended. Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1 -1511 of the Code of Virginia as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as amended, notice whereby given of the foliowing: (i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors. (H) The names of those applying for said Agricultural and Forestal District and the owners of those properties included in such District are as fottows:

1. W. and J. Krebeer

2. David Semmes

3. William F. and Janet W. Pumphrey (Hi) The Planning Commission wHI hold a public hearing as to the aforesaid appicatton on December 19,1964 in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia at 7:30 p.m. Ait citizens are invited to attend and present their views.
