• Won’t consider appeal. The Planning Commission opted to make no recommendation in regard to two special-use permits held by Patricia Saltonstall Flint Hill. The special-use permits apply to adjacent lots on Saltonstall’s property. One lot has a structure on it already; the second lot originally was to allow a similar stucture to be built.
The structure already completed recently was ruled by the BZA to be a multi-family structure. The BZA ruled the structure was out of compliance with the zoning ordinance. The supervisors subsequently agreed, and said
