Kevin Robert Tucker pled guilty Tuesday in General District Court to driving while intoxicated, and he asked to be enrolled in ASAP. Judge John Alexander fined Tucker $200 plus $20 costs and suspended his operator’s license for six months.
Judge Alexander suspended $100 of the fine and suspended the suspension of Tucker’s license with the condition that he enroll and complete ASAP.
