6. Is it worth having the county fight lengthy lawsuits that will surely ensue if present plans are carried through?
If the answer to any of the above is “no,” I would respectfully urge the Board of Supervisors to abuidon their present course of action, and to seek an alternate site and/or overall waste management plan. Surely, there must be a better and less costly solution to this important environmental problem.
In closing, I would like to paraphrase an old world poem:
