Saltonstall’s request, according to Zoning Administrator Konick, was to be granted permission to build the second structure for which she already held the special-use permit and to have the structure already built approved.
Commissioner Miller said that the situation was currently under litigation and would be decided by the courts. “I think it would be rediculous for us to get involved,” he said, before putting “no recommendation” into the form of a motion. The motion passed unanimously.

The planners motioned that an application for an agricultural/forestal district located in Wakefield District go to public hearing before the Planning Commission December 19. There are three applicants; one was Commissioner Krebser, who did not participate in the decision.
