Orange Gingerbread Men

1 package (about 14 ounces) gingerbread mix Grated peel of 1 Sunkist orange 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juke

In large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Knead dough lightly to thoroughly blend in gingerbread mix. Chill 1 hour. On lightly floured board, roll dough about 1/8-inch thick; cut with floured cookie cutter. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Decorate as desired. Makes 8 to 10 large (6-inch) gingerbread men.
