Creamy peanut butter ftidge, chock full of peanuts, is easy enough, so let the children work along with you. Then help them cut the ftidge into blocks, wrap in plastic and tie with a pretty bow. This would make nice gifts for that endless list of friends with whom they want to exchange presents. Peanuts are so good sugared, spiced, chocolate or butterscotch covered, or made into crunchy brittle and all are easy to make as the holiday steadily approaches. They are nice to have on hand for friends that drop by to wish happy holidays or to welcome a new neighbor across the street.
