Anchor the ends of the (tripe to the twisted rope with a dab of the egg wash and secure by preesfog with three of fork.
Where the lattice work meets, anchor as follows: Using a pointed object (a chopetick works perfectly) which has been dipped in the gtoe, make a bole in the top strip of the dough through to the underneath strip, without going all the way through to the mold. With paint brush, paint the glaae all over, being sore to get plenty in the holes.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and touch up with glaze where white spots appear. Bake 16 minutes longer. Cool for 5 minutes.
Remove mold. Turn basket right side up. Paint inside with glase and bake for 16 to 20 minutes longer.
After basket has thoroughly cooled, paint two or three times with polymar medium (available in: paint stares), allowing basket to dry completely between coats. I:---" ... ......-i
