CoL Paul Frants of Washington., who ia Secretary of the Culpeper Minot* Chapter, Sons of the American Rwohtion, also is Chairman of the Grata Registration Committee. A major project of the SAR is to locate and mark all the graves of men who fought in the American Revolution. On two successive weekends recently, CoL Frants and other SAR members marked four graves, two in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Winchester; one in Marshall; and the fourth in the Baptist Cemetery, Stevensburg. The official bsonse SAR marker was placed near the headstone of each grave.
One of the graves marked In the Mt Hebron Cemetery is that of General Daniel Morgan, a cousin of Daniel BoCne, and an outstanding patriot of the Revohmtionary War.
