Cover a cookie sheet with ahum* nmn foil. Grease it and place a 9x8Vfcinch podding mold upside down on the cookie sheet Grease outside of mold. (An angel (bod cake pan or any other pan or bowl of comparable she and shape can be substituted.)
Place the twisted rope of dough around the “bottom” of the inverted mold and glaxe with a mixture of Vi cup evaporated milk mixed with 1 wellbeaten egg. Use a clean Vi-inch wide paint brash to apply the giase very careftiUy.
Lay four strips of dough, equally spaced, on top of the mold. Lay (bur remaining stripe acnas the top at right angles to the four bottom stripe and weave into lattice work pattern.
