In other business, Fisher said Mayor Peter Kramer had talked to Reinhardt Lynch and Patrick O’Connell, The Inn at Little Washington’s owners, about an agreement to have helicopters land outside of town.; “He said they would agree if we can find an alternate site,” Fisher said.
Wickens recommended asking for a letter outlining the agreement. “Until we have a written agreement, I think we should table the (proposed helicopter) ordinance,” he said. The ordinance would prohibit helicopter landings in town and flights within 300 feet above town.
