Miss Shaffer engaged
to Ronald Vickers
Mr. and Mrs. Tony Shaffer of Luray announce the engagement of their daughter, Toni Layne, of Flint Hill, to Ronald Clay Vickers of Woodville, son of Ruth Vickers of Falls Mills, Va. and the late Roy Vickers.
Miss Shaffer is a 1980 graduate of Luray High School and a 1984 graduate of Radford University. She is employed by Rappahannock County Public Schools.
Mr. Vickers, a 1975 graduate of Graham High School, is a 1980 graduate of Virginia Tech and is also employed by Rappahannock County Public Schools.
A July 12 wedding is planned.
