and Rappahannock sent in his letter of resignation on March 9, 1961. Mr. Gasque’s term of office will expire on June 30, 1961 but he has agreed to remain with the office until the last of July: Mr. Gasque did not disclose any information about his future work except that he would be in education.

Members of the Flint Hill and Washington Baptist Churches gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Walker Wednesday evening to plan the joint Easter Service. A bountiful buffet supper was served and the Rev. Wairen Wilbur gave an illustrated lecture on church and other activities in Oklahoma, Texas and Kentucky.
