Margaret Cole in Culpeper Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Atkins attended the Regular Baptist Ladies Retreat at the Baptist Camp in Madison County from Thursday through Sunday. About 100 ladies were in attendance.
Mrs. Lorraine Robson has returned to her home at Meadowood after spending last week at Wood Cliff Lakes, N. J., where she attended the wedding of her son Daniel Nuefeld and Miss Heidi Antanoff, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Antanoff, which took place Sunday at Temple Emanuel.
A majority of our community here is served by the Salem Fire Department and Rescue Squad, which have begun a drive to raise money for the organization. They need a new tanker truck and the department hopes in a few weeks to have its own rescue units on the road, thus relieving pressure on the Culpeper units. Area citizens are urged to respond to their needs. Please give generously.
