Amissville and Lewis Otterbein Rodgers of Easton, Md., two sisters, Audra Kalasat and Virginia Stottlemyer, both of Winchester, and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted October 1 at Omps Funeral Home, Winchester, by the Rev. David Ferrebee. Entombment was in Shenandoah Memorial Park.
George E. Doyle
George Elliott Doyle, 92, of Amissville, died September 29 at Shawnee Springs Nursing Home, Winchester, following a long illness.
A retired farmer, Mr. Doyle was a native of Rappahannock County and a lifelong resident of Amissville. He was a member of the Amissville Baptist Church, where he had served as deacon and trustee.
He is survived by a step-daughter Sandra S. Green of Amissville, a niece Sally A. McNemar of Winchester and a nephew Thomas W. Armstrong Jr. of Culpeper.
His wife Frances Latham Doyle predeceased him.
Graveside services were conducted October 1 at the Amissville United Methodist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Steve Parker.
