PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will hold a public hearing Monday, October 6 at 10 a.m. on proposed amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance: 1) Amend Section 9.1 to read as follows: Upon application of the landowner concerned, the Board may authorize variations in or exceptions to the general regulations of this ordinance in cases of unusual situations or when strict adherence to the general regulations would result in substantial injustice or hardship. 2) To repeal Section 6-3-4 (b) of the Rappahannock County Subdivision Ordinance.
