REGARDING STATE AGENCY REGULATIONS Notice is given, in compliance with Section 9-6.14:7.1 of the Code of Virginia, that the following public hearing regarding proposed state agency regulations will be held to afford the public with an opportunity to express views.

The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to Sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the following proposed amended Commission regulations applicable Statewide. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting or amending and adopting, the proposed regulations, or any part thereof, will be held at the Holiday Inn, 1424 N.
