Baptist Church in Washington, D. C. The eulogy was delivered by Rev. Samuel Mitchell, also of Gethsemane Baptist Church where Mr. Hamilton was a member. Interment was at the Lawson family cemetery, Amissville, home of his former wife Mrs. Ruth Aura Lawson Hamilton Proctor, now of Ayer, Mass.
Mrs. Proctor, daughter of the late James Henkel Lawson and Aura Susan Phillips of Amissville, is the granddaughter of Elias Chappelear, a French aristocrat descended from the Emperor Charlemagne and the other royal families of Eastern and Western Europe, arid Mary E. Lawson.

Dortha Cecile Polhamus Rodgers, 66, of Whitacre, died September 29 in Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Rodgers was born May 11, 1920, in Charlestown, W. Va., the daughter of the.late Charles and Nina Omdorff Polhamus. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Her husband Emory Otterbein Rodgers predeceased her.
Surviving are a daughter Kay Rodgers Johnson of Whitacre, three sons, Emory Rhodes Rodgers of Arlington, Carlin Allen Rodgers of
