from a small Ford to a Cadillac. Behind the ice house, which now serves Nancy Thomasson as a weaving and quilting studio, is a former stable converted to a workshop where James Thomasson pursues his hobby of furniture restoration.
Over the almost 150 years of its existence the house has seen many changes with bedrooms and porches added and removed and an interior stairway replacing the original exterior stairs. Heritage House has seen service as a home, tailor shop and guest house.
