The Rappahannock County Historical Society’s building in Wash-1: ington will be opened to the public on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. '■ to 3 p.m. to provide an opportunity for Christmas shoppers to purchase “Flossie’s Recipes,” containing many of Mrs. Florence William-' ■ son’s favorite herb recipes she shared with some of her friends, as well as her suggestions on growing and using herbs, and many of her de-' lightful comments. Also available will be note paper containing! sketches of the County Court House, the County Library, the Histori-1 cal Society building and Andrew Wyeth’s sketch of “The Pioneer.”!: Shoppers may also obtain copies of “Famous Rappahannock Recipes”'; as well as historical maps of Rappahannock County.
