INVITATION TO BID
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby invites all interested contractors to submit bids to provide all labor and materials for replacing the heating unit in the Rappahannock County Courthouse.
Said unit is an oil-fired, hot water system which heats both the Courthouse as well as the Commissioner of the Revenue and T reasurer’s buildings.
The bidding procedures for competitive sealed bidding provided by the Virginia Public Procurement Act Section 11-37 of the Code of Virginia shall apply. Sealed bids should be submitted to the Building, Zoning, and Administration Office at P. O. Box 222, Washington, VA 22747, so as to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 1987, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. To be acceptable a bid must state a fixed price, must contain the name, address and telephone number of the bidder, and must be signed by the bidder.
Rappahannock County reserves the right to reject any, or all, bids.
