The proposal to spend more tax money to solve the problem is the usual one offered by those who will not admit that government caused the problem. But, no matter what the cost, they contend the government can solve it.
Taxpayers, consumers and homeowners should be aware that this solution is going to cost them plenty. I submit that the only real solution is to reduce taxes and the unnecessary regulations that inhibit the housing industry.
