Bake sale
The Child Care and Learning Center will have a bake sale on Friday, Aug. 25. The sale is sponsored by the three and four year olds and will benefit the Center. Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Everyone is invited to come out and buy some baked goods.
EMT class in Amissville
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Emergency Medical Services Council will sponsor a class leading to state certification as an Emergency Medical Technician. The 110-hour class will begin on Sept. 12, and be held each Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7-10 at the Amissville fire hall. Coppage reunion planned
The families of the late George and Florence Coppage will have their annual reunion on Sunday, Sept. 10 at the Rappahannock Park, on Rt. 211, Washington.
