Neither rain nor snow, nor heat and humidity of August, will keep you from getting a shot at the Virginia Lottery’s biggest prize ever. A million dollars. In our new game, Lucky Draw, you can mail in losing scratch-off tickets for a chance in our grand prize drawing. Lucky Draw works just like other instant games you already know. If you get three matching amounts, you’re a winner. Prizes range from free tickets to $5,000. But if you don’t win right away, with Lucky Draw you get a second chance. Simply write your name and address on the backs of losing Virginia Lottery tickets from any scratch-off game and mail them to us five at a time in a business envelope (4" x 91//). Single tickets and groups of two, three, or four don’t count. Entries must be postmarked by midnight Friday to be eligible for the drawings held the next day. Each Saturday beginning September 2, we’ll select five envelopes
