Parenting group in Culpeper

Draft horse and mule show
The fifth annual Old Dominion Draft Horse and Mule Show, presented by the Virginia Draft Horse and Mule Association, will be held Saturday, Sept. 23. Starting at 8 a.m. at Commonwealth Park, outside Culpeper, it will feature Halter and Performance classes. Admission is $1. Soccer registration
The Rappahannock Soccer League will hold registration for its fall season at the Elementary School on Fee Day, Thursday, Aug. 31 from 1:30 to 5 p.m., and 6 to 8 p.m. All Rappahannock County children are welcome, grades K-8. Fiber art at Gallery
The Fiber Art Show includes handmade paper, collage, basketry, painting and sculpture. Some of the member artists exhibiting are Janet Kerig, Dianne Waldron, Joel Hoyer, Lynnette Nicholas, Nina Moore, Tanya Richey, and guests.
