The Venus Jones band, an ensemble of local muscians, will perform twice on Saturday, March 20, at the Washington Fire Hall.
Celebrating the first day of Spring and St. Patrick’s Day, the band will offer a free performance between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. specifically for young children. Children must be accompanied by an adult, said band member Vincent Day. “We’re not in the baby sitting business,” he added.
