The object of this suit is to effect partition of and to quiet title to and establish title in the descendants of James H. Smedley to a certain 92.9746 acre tract of land in Hampton Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, which was conveyed to James H. Smedley by deed of George B. Gore, et al, dated January 23, 1947, and recorded in Deed Book 48, at page 467; to establish the location of access to Harris Hollow Road over the Browntown-Gravelly Springs Road, if necessary; and to seek such other and further relief as this case in equity may require.
