grateful for help

To the Editor:

I would like to say a special thank you to all the Businesses and community for their support in selling and buying the “Apple” Cookbooks for the 4-H Japanese exchange program that I will be attending.

I would like to specially thank Betty Smith and the cookbook committee for all their hard work for helping with this fund raiser and Mrs. Helen Smith our Extension Agent.

A special thank you to the Homemakers Quilting Class for the donation of their quilt, Geneva Welch for the donation of her print and Donna Brune of Persimmon Spring florist for her gift certificate of a floral arrangement to be given away with the quilt raffle on April 24.

Also I would like to thank the Rappahannock News for putting the news in the paper about our 4-H fund raisers.
