To get community input on MENTAL RETARDATION SERVICES it) Planning District 9. (Rappahannock. Madison, Culpeper, Orange and Fauquier Counties), the Rappahannock- Rapidan Community Services Board will sponsor a public meeting at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Marcn 10, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 115 North East Street in Culpeper.
