The severe winter weather has apparently not cooled the enthusiasm of young Rappahannock musicians. Student registrations to date have already assured a varied and entertaining program for the Annual Bland Music Concert scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 20 at RCHS auditorium.
