Virginia State Park camp; grounds will open March 4 and will '> remain open through Dec. 5. CampI sites are offered on a first-come ; first-served basis until May 16 when - the newly established Virginia State -Paries Reservation Center begins accepting reservations. Campsites are ‘offered for a mudmum 14 days in any 130-day period. J Only campsites at'Douthat State ; Park can be reserved before May 16. < Reservations can be made beginning ! Feb. 22 by phoning the park directly -at 862-7200. A $6 fee will be charged per campsite for advanced reservations. Each state park campsite offers different services and facilities. Campers are advised to phone the park directly to find out what type of Campsites are available. Prices for Campsites vary between parks depending on what services are available.
cl Reservations for Virginia State Park cabins can be made starting Feb. 22. Cabins are available for 'Weekly rentals from Monday, April 4, through the morning of Dec. 5. Reservations will be accepted only through the mail until the Virginia State Parks Reservations Center is -ftilly operational on May 16.
