The following offices and businesses will be closed on Monday, Feb. 21 in observance of President's Day:
The Health Department, Social Services and Family Guidance will be closed.
The Rappahannock National Bank and F & M Bank will also be closed. v
All area post offices and county offices will be closed as well.
The Rappahannock Library will be open for the book sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., however no books can be checked out during that t.imo
Rappahannock County Schools will be open and operating on a regular schedule.
The Rappahannock News will be open and observance regular business hours.

Rappahannock County High School is collecting grocery tapes from both Safeway's “Register Tapes for Education” program and Giant’s “Apple for the Students” program. Collection boxes are at.the Rappahannock Bank, the Rappahannock County Library, and the RCHS office.
Giant’s program runs through March 5. Safe way’s program runs through Feb. 27.
