Interment was in the Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors.

Annie Washington
Annie Virginia Elizabeth Washington, 80, of Viewtown, died on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at her home.
She was a native of Rappahannock County.
She was a Homemaker and a member of Bethel Church in Clarksburg.
Survivors include one sister, Alice Irene Washington of Viewtown; four brothers, James Robert Washington of Viewtown, Strother Lee Washington Sr. and Hugh R. Washington, both of Culpeper and Louis Banks Washington of Arlington; one uncle, Armstead Banks Sr. of Remington; one aunt, Josephine Lawson of Rixeyville and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, Feb. 13 at Antioch Baptist Church in Culpeper with the Rev. Forrest Freeman of Washington and the Rev. Odell Moore of Middleburg officiating.
Interment was in the Washington family cemetery in Viewtown.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a donation to the Amissville Rescue Squad in her memory.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
Mary Manvell
Mary Nelson Wink Manvell, 72, of Flint Hill, died on Friday, Feb. 11 at her home.
A memorial services will be held at the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 18 with the Rev. Jim Brown officiating.
Mrs. Manvell was bom Feb. 17, 1921, in Stafford, the daughter of the late Harvey A. and Mattie Jane Wilkerson Wine.
She is survived by her husband, George Gordon Manvell of Flint Hill; one son, Greggory S. Manvell of Delmar, Md.; one daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Pearson of Flint Hill; one sister, Katherine McNeir of Clearwater, Fla.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
