Mary Weakley
Mary Catherine Jenkins Weakley, 88, of Etlan, died on Thursday, Feb. 10 at Autumn Care in Madison.
She was bom in Madison County on Oct. 3,1905.
She was a lifelong resident of Madison County and a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
Her parents were the late Willie and Ada Jenkins Coates.
Her husband was the George Clifton Jenkins.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Alice V. Buckingham of Ocean City, Md., Lucy Howell of Manassas Park and Mrs. Lillie Jenkins of Etlan; three sons, George William Jenkins of Luray, James E. Jenkins and Lester R. Jenkins, both of Culpeper, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas L. Jenkins.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, Feb. 13 at Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. Patricia Murphy officiating.
Interment was in Etlan Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Charles D. Howell, Kelso Jenkins, Lester Allan Jenkins, Samuel Wayne Jenkins, Elwood Jenkins, Robert K. Leake, Gary Jenkins and Andy Aylor.

Mary Ellen Jenkins Burke, 88, died Feb. 12 at the Blue Ridge Christian Home in Bealeton.
Bora in Sperryville on Dec. 3, 1905, the daughter on the late William and Della Beahm Jenkins.
On Feb. 14, 1921, she married Charles C. Burke who preceded her in death. They resided in Sperryville where they raised five children. In 1950, she and her husband moved to Lincroft, N.J. where they operated a boarding and breeding stable of thoroughbred horses. After their retirement, they moved back to Wash
