Our condolences to the family of Mrs. Mary Ellen Burke. Mrs. Burke was a native of Rappahannock County and a dedicated member of the Washington Baptist Church and Vice President of the Washington Ladies Auxiliary to the Fire Department and Rescue Squad. She was a faithful worker with the Thrift Shop until declining health. She is sadley missed by her friends of the community.
Mrs. Clara Updike is a patient at Culpeper Memorial Hospital in Culpeper. We wish her a speedy recovery.
