Clinics, a school club, adult and junior leagues, etc. are all possibilities. Chestnut Forks Tennis Club in Warrenton has even offered a “Rappahannock” membership for those who want to play during the winter weather indoors.

If you are interested in developing a program for yourself, your family, school, business, etc., contact Hunt Harris at 636-3066 or Jean Lillard at 675-3670.

Upcoming events include a women’s 35 and over singles and doubles tournament, Feb. 2&-27 at Chestnut Forks, a Rappahannock Junior Clinic March 5 at Chestnut Forks from 1:30-3 p.m. ($13-$15 per person-deadline is Feb. 28 to register.) You do not have to be a member of Chestnut Forks to take instructions, a men’s open doubles tournament March 11-13 at C.F.T.C. and an Adult Rappahannock Clinic at Chestnut Forks from 1:30-3 p.m. on Saturday, March 19 ($15-$18 per person-deadling is March March 21 to register.)

Weather permitting, Rappahannock Recreation Assocation “programs in the park” will begin again in May.
